About Taro Usami

After earning an MA in Asian Studies from UC Santa Barbara, Taro taught Japanese language at UCSB for a year and a half. In 1997, he joined his father's underwear company, where he served as a manager/president for 25 years. During this time, he also oversaw the operations of five factories in China and managed a brand company in Japan. Through these experiences, he developed strategic planning and management skills while building a vast business network across Japan and other Asian countries.
